I'm completely satisfied with the service. I ordered my fathers casket on Monday and it was delivered to the funeral home on Wednesday which was a day earlier than expected. The casket looks better than what the picture showed. Planning the arrangements for your loved ones can be emotional and overwhelming. This process was easy and the customer service dept was patient, understanding and courteous. The prices are extremely lower than the funeral home. I highly recommend Overnight Caskets
