Understand that overnight shipping applies to business days, not 7 days a week. We ordered the casket on Friday after 6pm so they couldn’t get it to the funeral home until Monday. The casket arrived in excellent condition and was good quality. My brothers casket was every bit as good as one purchased from the funeral home without the 100% mark up.
