The casket was beautiful- very high-quality. We purchased online because the deceased had no insurance. The funeral home commented on how beautiful the casket was. It cost $3000 more through the funeral home (for the same casket). Customer service was wonderful too. Shipping was effortless- arrived at the funeral home on promised date. Highly recommend this company.
