Our original Casket was not available but sales lady immediately called and took care of finding one as close to our choice as possible. It was damaged when it arrived I called and they informed me they did not have enough time to get a new one but immediately offered full refund or partial. Casket was very detailed and such a beautiful cherry wood even nicer than pictures online!
