I wanted a metal casket in particular color and shade. I spoke to a representative after ordering it on line because the one I ordered was not available in my area. The representative was very helpful and directed me to similar item. I found the perfect metal casket for my wife. My funeral director wanted to know what time the casket would arrive. I called Overnight Caskets and he was promptly informed. The casket arrived as promised. I have no reservations about recommending this company to anyone.
