I ordered a casket and had to cancel over issues with family. I never received a tracking number that it was on it way. I called and cancelled and the lady told it was still in the warehouse. I was charged a restocking fee plus a return inspection . Mark said if I could settle for 10% I said yes. He lied and took over 30%. This man is a liar and has no compassion. I will keep fighting for what mine.
