I did receive the sheets- it took about 2 weeks. However there was no packing slip, product description, receipt or any other paperwork enclosed. I may need to return/exchange (due to size needs) however there is nothing to work with. I did send a Customer Service request and waiting to hear back. Not sure I like this approach for online ordering.
