I placed an order that I didn’t receive. It was apparently delivered to the wrong address, not your fault but your shipper, but I contacted you regarding the problem as per your website and UPS and I was put off by you to contact the shipper myself. They told me to contact you. I wrote you a second time explaining this and got no response
