Even after washing as directed, the sheets are definitely not as soft or crisp as advertised. Also, one of the bottom sheets
has a flaw in it that may cause a rip soon. I have sensitive skin and these sheets cause me to itch. I have another set unopened that I would like to return. Please tell me how. Thank you.
