I ordered two sets. I opened one set to see if they would fit my mattress. It did not. I could not return with a full refund because I opened the set. How can you tell if the product is what you want if you don't open it. I was offered to keep my complete order with a courtesy refund of 25.00. The sheets were more than that. I kept the opened set and returned the unopened. I don't think the policy of return is fair. If you are not satisfied you should be able to return with full refund.
