Excellent customer service and delivery. We were informed everyday as to the status of the delivery. Arrived in five days which included a weekend.
We order fitted sheets for a deep mattress. The actual height of the mattress is between 13-14". The fitted sheet has a tendency to bunch up and move around on the mattress. It does not really fit tightly under the mattress. Otherwise the quality is excellent, especially for the price.
