I purchased 2 king size pillows that I was not happy with and they were willing to replace them for free with a different type of pillow. I do appreciate their willingness to work with me and their desire to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. The Egyptian Cotton Sheets I purchased were amazing and will definitely buy more.
