The sheets are soft and Customer Service is quick to respond at times. Out of three e-mails I had one answered.
I have placed 3-4 orders all the time thinking that “1800 Thread Count” was referring to Cotton. Just found out today they are Polyester Microfiber sheets. If you like this material they are great. Do not order if you want cotton.
