Honestly, I have not had the opportunity to take the sheets out of the packaging yet but, I HAVE TO SAY HOW IMPRESSED I HAVE BEEN WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ORDERING. After the order was placed I received an incredibly nice email responding to my order, then when the sheets arrived it also had a very nice thank you note. It's customer service like this that make me believe that companies can still have that "special touch" in these days of automation!
