The website is deceptive in its use of terms such as, “high thread count” and “Egyptian” material. For those who are looking for Egyptian cotton sheets with high thread count, this is not the place. These products are generally overpriced synthetic fiber “comfort” materials which are practically translucent with poor quality stitching. I order a set thinking I was getting quality at a great price. Think again. Like the old saying goes, you get what you pay for. I will say that the customer service was very understanding and explained more about the product and ultimately refunded my money. That was at least worth the rating I gave them.
