It turned out that the sheets I ordered were not what I needed, so they were unopened and I decided to return them. Finding how and where to return them was a chore. I expected to pay the return postage, but THEN I found out they charge a restocking fee, which can be up to $19.95. That was not mentioned anywhere when I ordered them. If I could give no stars I would. Meanwhile, I still have not received whatever refund I might have left.
