Haven't been able to use the product yet as they are for someone else, however I had a delivery issue and Overstock Sheet Club resent the order without question. I found the original shipment in bushes near the house today (high winds??) and the replacement shipment is due tomorrow. They followed thru with my complaint and I am very impressed with responsel
