When the package arrived I opened the pillow cases first and was very happy.. Then I opened the sheet and was very surprised to find out it didn't fit. I tried all ways but no go Then I discovered dead bugs on the sheet and was horrified. Now I find out they are very helpful but they want me to send a photo. Now I'm having trouble sending a photo of the sheet because I have a flip phone. I offered to mail it and they can take the photo but they said no.. HELP
