Ordered 1 1800 thread count split top king sheet set. Order arrived quickly, as we were putting the mattress cover on my wife noticed a tear in the sheet. I e-mailed customer service and before I could tell my wife that I had reached out I received an email notifying me of a new set of sheets were to ship right away. Wow impressive!
