I had ordered KING sheets for my daughter/son-in-law & when they arrived they were QUEEN. I immediately sent an email, got an immediate request for a photo of packaging, followed (once the photo was sent) by an immediate mailing response of replacement KING sheets! I asked if they wanted the error, QUEEN sheets returned & they said, "no, they were ours to keep." Immediate responses with GREAT customer service. I will buy from them again & again!
