I was very pleased with the customer rep that returned my call concerning my order that was wrong. I had ordered the wrong sheet sets for my split king bed. He explained, what I needed to do to return them and to reorder the correct sheets. I received another call when you received the wrong sheetsets and my order, the rep advised me the white sheets I ordered wasn’t available and would I wait for a couple of weeks to receive them or choose another color which I did decide on another color. I haven’t slept on them yet but appear to be of good quality. Thank you for the concern of your customers.
