Ovo Energy Collections contacted me on Wed 20/04/2022, to chase my current balance of £35.83 ? My monthly billing ends on the 27th of each month, + my a/c is up to date. Why are collections harrassing me for payment ? The collectons email stated : We recently got in touch about your £35.83 debt, which is now more than a month overdue. Since we share data with credit reference agencies, your credit rating might be affected – so it’s important we sort this together. This is complete nonsense. The collections team do not appear to know what is happening with their customer a/c s ?
