I was with SSE until last March when I left to go to another provider, it took me 9 months involving the Ombudsman and my local MP to finally get them to release my meter, over 800 minutes on the phone and I was awarded in the end an apology and £120 goodwill of which they took back for a bill they conjured up. I was with EDF prior to SSE they told me I could save money changing to them it ended up costing me a lot more in more ways than just money SHOCKING COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
