What went wrong? What ever went right you mean. I could write a book. I am just delighted that we have left them now, but after two days our Credit with them is still going down, no doubt until they get a Debit. Then they will want a bill. They are crooks. Read their Bad Reviews. They are the worst energy company you can ever deal with.
