Absolutely appalling company.
Transferred from SSE to them & my DD has gone from under £200 to £810 in several stages over a few months. This is despite sending in meter readings showing that I am not using ANY electricity or gas as we are not in the house!
Despite hours on the phone to them they won’t budge & my DD stays as is. I seriously do not recommend this company to my worst enemy.
