I moved home over a month ago and closed down my account as switched to a new supplier for the new home I was told not to close my DD by OVO as I am in credit and they will need to refund me. Its been 6 weeks and still no refund, they have also taken £117 this month from my bank account and my DD is due again. So, my account is closed but they still keep taking the monthly DD as I was advised not to close due to the refund! Why are companies allowed to get away with this!
