Avoid customer service is shocking they don’t care and are unhelpful
Claimed 3 payments 5 months ago didn’t go through I have winced changed bank so need to find a branch miles away ( which is why I changed bank)
£650 3 days after Xmas basically told to avoid this pay by direct debit
So more tactics to force customers to pay by direct debit
