Ovo Have Ignored The Ombudsman Decision Against Them, And Are Persuing Action Against Me Which Is Illegal. They have been forced by the Ombudsman to apologise for their actions, and to meet certain resolutions. They have ignored some of the resolutions, and continue to attempt to charge me for bills already paid. The senior personnel ignoring or refusing to comply are Leyton Watson and Josh Cameron. Other mangers who have refused to deal with this matter over the last 6 months are Lee James and Duncan Edwards. I'm taking this to the courts now, and will make progress reports back here. The public deserves to know just how bad this company is.
