I’ve recently moved into a house with sse /ovo gas and electric meters which I took on I have made so many phone calls just to try and get a in house smart meter but they just keep saying they will call me back and send one in the post sse/ovo your happy to take my money when topping up my meter account but never get a response back when I have a problem I’ve seen a lot of bad customer reviews I’m not someone who would normally complain, but now I can see why
