Unfortunately once again we spent 2 hours on the phone trying to get a handle on SSE.
We never got an answer because instead of 1,233 pounds they have taken 3,230 pounds from the bank account.
Nobody knows, nobody answers...
And in the end they hang up on us.
Terrible suffering.
