Very poor service, left us without electricity or smart meter when installing a new smart meter. Was told I would be treated as priority for new appointment once electrician sorted the problem. Sorted the same day so called to rebook. Was told I couldn't rebook for the rest of the work to be carried out for 7 days and I would be contacted. No contact within that time so I called to rebook, sorted after a long call to discuss. Next day new appointment cancelled due to lack of engineers and couldn't rebook for another 8 weeks. Might or might not get the smart meter work finished at some point I suppose but will most likely move supplier if that's how they treat customers.
Update:
And it continues, another booked appointment canceled after complaining and being rebooked. OVO use a 3rd party (SMSplc) to do the smart meter installations, when the appointment is booked with OVO SMSplc just cancel it the next day. Complete waste of time.
