Worst day of my life ... I’m an OAP ... OVO continued supplying even after we changed supplier .. they go on about being right all time ... they have access to national data base .. they can stop other supplier taking over ... it’s a nightmare... wish we had never heard of them.
It’s about making money not serving the customer as far as we’re concerned.
