Forced to move to them after they took over SSE who I had been with for years with no problems. Transferred a credit balance over and within weeks it was wiped out and told I was due them over £3,000. They seem to pluck meter readings out of thin air which are totally wrong then you are forced into weeks of dispute to try and get it resolved. Totally stressed trying to deal with them.
