Absolutely awful company. They took over from SSE and would not let me have on line accounts for both electricity and gas unless I had 2 email addresses. When I tried to email readings I had return emails stating the ovo email no longer existed. I moved out in May and despite paying my DIrect Debits they claimed I owed £900. When they finally accepted my readings I settled the balance but am STILL getting emails stating I have a balance to pay. When I call they confirm I have nothing to pay but the emails keep coming threatening debt collection.
So frustrating. Have now moved to Octopus who are so efficient. Really bad service from OVO…they don’t deserve 1 star!
