I dont even want to give that 1 star. I unfortunately lost my pay as you go electric key. I called . Firstly i was on hold for 1hr and 7 minutes to where the man was chatting giggling away to another female . I asked him ..are you ready . Anyway his solution of giving me a generate code and check around local shops did not help as nobody has the keys. I then went on to Web Chat where i was very accurate an clear with what my situation is. The man repeatedly asked me questions to which if he looked at my query hed have known . When i pointed this out he got rather upset and took it to heart and complained i was being rude . Wow. I am 8.5 months pregnant . No gas . No electric . Yes i lost the key . But as my Energy suppliers for many years what can you have done to resolve this....Zero
