I need help with OVO billing. I am dealing with the same guys. I hate stress, so I always make sure I pay my bills on time. but I am not winning because OVO always manages to put me on debit. I called them 100 times to fix my bills and start at 0.00 debit. They say you paid everything your account is okay. no debit. I had rest, and 2 months later another debit of over £100 was added to my billing which they they didn't make obvious for me to see. I am losing my peace. I need help. I don't know what to do.
