Thank god I m not with Ovo Energy but with Octopus , but sadly my daughter was and has done her very best to leave them . They are the most incompetent company my daughter have ever had to deal with and I have had to witness . They don t seem to communicate with each other, or have any knowledge of what had previously , supposedly been sorted . They are time wasters and a constant cause of distress if your dealing with them . After a long stressful period where I had too witness My daughter close to tears ,she is now with another company, but still getting letters from Ovo telling her they are sorting it out .Incompetent , stupid , badly run ,bad customer relations .This company should be taken to task for customer miss management .Avoid this company at all cost . They don t deserve one star ,if i could give them less i would . I m a father and don t ever want to see my daughter go through that kind of stress again.
