I wrote a review on Ovo Energy nearly two weeks ago regarding the dismal service they provide. The generic response was that they are sorry and can I email complaints @ ovoenergy.com. I did and surprise, surprise, no one has replied or responded to me. When I called the billing department and asked to speak to a customer service manager Matilda and another of her Ovo colleagues hung up the phone on me twice. This diabolically enept company is a blight on my life. I hate them with a passion. Utterly rotten company with no customer service whatsoever.
