I was switched to OVO without my say so on further investigation my address was on someone else's account under someone else's name! Complete fraud this company! Then tried to blame my landlord for the switch when they have nothing to do with it major GDPR breach!!! Ive been beyond stressed with this experience with this company its been going for 3 weeks and still trying to get my energy supply taken back by my original energy company. Had to issue a formal complaint for anyone to even listen to me! Avoid at all costs this company does not want to take any responsibility for any issues they just want to pass the blame around.
