Disgusting, incompetent & no regard to people’s well being. Waiting for an engineer as have no gas supply, not turned up. Now have to call during my lunch break tomorrow (12hr shift) to try & get some kind of answer. No doubt I will be without gas now for a further 2 days as I’m working. I have 3 young children in house, it’s their fault the card doesn’t work - my old card was working perfectly fine before this - complete & utter disregard for people’s needs & should not be allowed to be in business. How this company is getting away with this, I really do not know! Absolute SHAMBLES!
