Never had any orobkem with SSE. A month after the switch to OVO I received a bill, although I'm psy as you go, saying I owe money. I owe nothing as I have a prepaid meter. The bill is dodgy. For all I know it's a scam. I soent hours on the phone to at least 7 people who had no clue. Being put through many departments, which was a way of getting rid of me.
I will leave OVO. Absolutely awfull service verging on scam and fraud.
