This is by far the worst possible company you can deal with.
Spent 2 months to get a semi-correct bill. Advisor phoned with the correctish figure of £78.35 despite the online balance still showing £172.80
Paid the £78 and told online account catches up in a couple of weeks (14-Nov).
Today receives a debt collection email demanding the balance + presumably a £20 admin fee. I believe the advisors just try take payments knowing that the system is wrong and it goes to debt anyway. AVOID this company at all costs.
