Worst company ever
Customer services are a joke and complaints department even worse. They have issued me debt of over £1000 for an address that I have never occupied or owned. They refuse to remove me as the responsible for the debt after proving I never had a contract with them or SSE.
Be aware of their bully tactics and delay of things. Communication is very poor and get passed around to everyone to deal with. There is no point of contact.
