2.5 weeks ago my gas pay as you go top up card stopped working so I rang them up. I was given a code to get a replacement from our local coop but they don't have them. I rang them back & was told they would post a card out to me & I would receive it by a week last Tues but it didn't come! I rang them back last weekend to be told they would post another one out but I still haven't received that one either ....my £70 credit is now down to a few pounds & will run out in the next few hours!... I rang them back today to be told they would post another one out which I replied there's no point cos I haven't received 2 so what's the chances of me receiving the 3rd & I need gas TODAY So they have agreed to send out an engineer, but ONLY when I have ran out of gas completely & her advice was for me to purposely let the remaining gas out of the pipe (not sure what she meant by that) but NOT good advice, so I am now currently sat here waiting for my gas to run out before I can get assistance, its minus 1 temperatures & I am too scared to cook tea just incase it cuts out before it's cooked ..absolutely shambolic service & company I will be changing ASAP
