I'm a priority services customer brain tumor n epilepsy I was with sse and have never missed payments as support team pay bills since change over been over charged on pay as u go electric and also demands fir my gas which used to be spread installments .,now demand it all I have rang 29 times been givin complaint numbers and then ignored no repkts then set a monthly gir8bank slips never came then few peeps on phone lines ut u threw to 5 different team members then still no arrangement stop overcharging demanding and making people distressed your phone what apps is terrible communications .,disgusted how I've been treated discrimination acts for disabled customer proper communication would be appropriate
