I am always in debt with ovo. I receive emails every month to send in both gas and electricity readings, I then log into my account and pay the bill in FULL.
For some bizarre reason a week later they email me to say I am in arrears? this has happened every month since I changed from scottish power.......I have given up trying to phone them .......The only conclusion I can come to is that if they continue to annoying me I will have a smart meter installed, or maybe keeping me in arrears will work against me when I look for a different supplier
