Told by ovo that broken electric meter is not their problem - no electricity since Thursday, so what we supposed to do now? They say Northern power grid should sort it out but they only deal with stuff outside the property. Local councilor was told by ovo they don't work weekends, and no overnight cover in the week
Don't even consider using ovo there's no one there when something goes wrong - no heating, no lights, no hot drinks, no hot food, gas central heating doesn't work without electric for the pump.
Anyone got any ideas?
