@Ovoenergy firstly put my 92 year old aunt on the incorrect tariff. She won a case with the ombudman but six months ago when she left they have not sent her her overpayment . She is very distressed and despite numerous promises the refund has not come . They are not communicating with my husband who is named on the account. So my recommendation is avoid them
