The most horrific company I have ever had to deal with
Firstly call handlers ..not trustworthy haven't got a clue what they are doing not abiding by data protection rules incompetent lack of training disrespectful no understanding of mental health and wellbeing ..calls are recorded by they refuse to email you copies of the calls ..everything you phone and check account the last call handler has not said what they are going to do and hasn't recorded it on account
Can always hear other call handlers speaking to other people Harrassment if emails text messages mobile phonecalls ans landlines from all these at least twice a week
That was just a snippet of call handlers .
There's the complaints team they are not bothered months to call back wrong information given
Would advise everyone to record the calls when you contact ovo
