Disgusting and appalling service,
Sent through a bill a year after we left Ovo because of their awful customer service to state I owe a bill of £1000, with no evidence of dates or electricity charges for evidence of this as. I have paid all of the charges to them. Customer service is disgusting, passing through to departments that’s can’t help you, inappropriate language, and advising they can’t provide their surnames for complaints because ‘they are not allowed’
